    • You have solid experience across service plumbing — industrial, residential, and commercial.

    • You show up on time and can be relied upon.

    • You work with care, precision, and attention to detail.

    • You enjoy mentoring apprentices and passing on your skills.

    Skills and Experience

    • Certificate III or IV in Plumbing Services with 5+ years experiences preferred

    • Construction White Card

    • Driver’s License (HR License highly regarded)

    • Sound knowledge of current regulations and compliance standards

    • Strong safety mindset and adherence to Rankin Plumbing's safety systems

    • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex plumbing issues

    • Comfortable speaking with clients and representing the business

    • Business-savvy and aware of how your work impacts the bigger picture
